Friday, March 29, 2019 - Tasty and fresh, a bit heavier style than the Allo and Granit, offers the same type of citrus flavours and acidity as the siblings but the Docil is more aromatic, spicy and honeyed. Glycerin just as in the Granit from the same vintage, Allo, Granit and Docil form an interesting entourage which is enjoyable to consume and compare with each other. Soalheiro offers convincing wine making at moderate price.
