89 Points

Friday, March 29, 2019 - Some clearing on edges, with a floral nose in lavender, typical fruits of burnt and bright sour cherry, powdery ripe plum and earthier greener elements of rosemary bush and spice in liquorice. Palate brightly acidic initially with an unripe plum and cherry element, savoury notes of light mint and a slight earth and filtered coffee, cedar and eucalyptus finish. This has a very long finish and is generous, but has a sharp, singular mouthfeel. Acidity could calm down a bit with potential for greater integration, but drinking well now.
