Monday, April 1, 2019 - Deep yellow in glass. Aged lemon, lemon, pear, apple, mineral, bit of herb and other yellow stone fruit. Moderate full body, moderate length, bit of sweetness to go with well balanced acidity. Judging from other comments bottle time has helped round this out. Drinking nicely. Drank over several nights and it held up just fine.
