Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Upon opening this was a bright citrusy, simple white wine. Of course, I'm drinking this only some 7-8 months after the grapes were picked. With some air, this gained some texture and complexity. The front is soft, layered with white stone fruit, which morphs into the mid palate to a citrus jam (like a band playing, not something to spread on toast) with bright acidity. All in all, a delightful wine, and you could have some fun pairing with this, knowing that the bright, citrus finish is unlikely to have much fail.
