Sunday, April 28, 2019 - Decanted for about 2.5 hours before consuming. Predominant aroma on the nose is cherry, with secondary spice notes. Mid-mouth continues with cherries; tannins are integrated nicely. Consistent with the Littorai style this is one of the more reserved wines in the Sonoma Coast - very nice 'hybrid' style of fruit and earth. The 7 years of aging have done right by this bottle - eager to taste my 2012 Hirsch and The Haven bottles. Went beautifully with a mustard peach pork tenderloin and a simple salad with goat cheese and dried cherries
