Saturday, May 18, 2019 - HDH Burgundy Auction; 5/17/2019-5/18/2019 (Chicago, IL): This is as classic as it gets; fairly open, with some good mineral and smoke character. The back end of the palate does seem to have a little more of that green thing that I'm not a huge fan of (the snap pea string thing). Lovely minerality, with some good leanness.
