Sunday, May 26, 2019 - Very nice. Initial impression right out of the bottle left little to be desired. Rather flat and unimpressive. After 30 mins in the glass its potential started to reveal itself. Rich dark fruit flavors, dry, complex and viscous profiles. Good body and finish. After an hour, picked up even more flavors and complexity. Last sip out of the glass was by far the best. Can’t wait to see how the remaining bottles develop over the next few months.
