Tuesday, May 28, 2019 - Tasted over 2 hrs and day 2, bottle from secondary market
-med dark red purple no bricking
-pretty dark-fruited plum cassis lightly spiced with a faint whiff of maturity
-med/med- acidity is just enough to provide some verve, med weight round simple but full gentle dark fruits with an earthy note and faint maturity, med- tannins largely resolved; soft round and full on day 2
-nicely balanced pleasant easy-drinking and squarely on its prime drinking plateau, no hurry but wouldn't expect significant positive development from here either, outrageously good for the price
