Thursday, May 30, 2019 - Decanted an hour before dinner. Better and more mature than three years ago, sour cherry, plum and first tertiary notes in the background, good acidity medium to full bodied, long finish, still a bit spicy else very good (88-89), no hurry to drink the last bottles.
