Saturday, June 15, 2019 - Fourth bottle over the past few years covering a few different base vintages, all pretty consistent in being very crisp and refreshing, lots of citrus and green apple. This bottle (disgorged 11/2018) having perhaps just a bit too much acid for the rest of its profile, giving it a bit too much of a sour profile. Still, keeping it colder than normal, was enjoyable to drink and went very well with various cheeses.
