Thursday, June 6, 2019 - At Shayas in New Orleans with Estie and Danny. Opened and decanted by waitstaff. Garnet red in color. Fragrant cedar and spice cake nose. Sweet brambly fruit in the mouth along with herbs and perhaps mocha. Tannins have subsided. Nice finish. Went well with Middle Eastern food.
