Monday, June 17, 2019 - Third bottle of six and its not oxidised! Pale yellow with the nose of almond butter, lemon brulee and quince of a ripe year. Similar on the palate but with a refreshing, tangy finish. Day 2, more ripe year flavours emerge, including banana and under ripe pineapple. But the finish stays fresh and zesty. Good food wine. I hope the hit rate with the last three is better than how I am tracking so far......
