Wednesday, June 19, 2019 - Women Winemakers of Austria & Germany at Plum Market (Chicago, IL): At a price point half of Dönnhoff's, this is just a steal. Beautiful acids framed with delicate white fruit and an intense core of minerality. This feels a little lighter on its feet, with the acidity giving this more freshness and lift. Very old school, in that there's no sign of Prädikat creep here at all.
