Saturday, June 22, 2019 - Not usually a Cristal fan but the nose was incredible - candy fruit, roasted nuts, brioche, raspberry pie. The palate felt younger than the nose - lingering acidity, red fruits (more raspberry), baked apple. Almost a chewy finish. One of the top champagnes I've had and was right up there as WOTN against some pretty spectacular bottles.
