Tuesday, June 18, 2019 - Elephant Seven (Elephant Seven Tasting Room): Tasted at the tasting room with Vann. This is young and needs time. New oak is very present. Juicy fruit featuring cherries and plums. Black pepper, stone and underbrush. Medium plus finish. This should be cellared for 3 to 5 years for maximum enjoyment. 90-92
