Friday, June 28, 2019 - I am absolutely no big fan of rosé wines, so I bought this one on recommandation of a friend.

I must say that this wine is perhaps be the best rosé I've ever tasted.
Light colour intensity and high acidity on the palate at first, but after getting some air, quite full bodied. Hints of especially raspberry, butter and yeast.

I think that in a black coloured glass, I would would have guessed this was an oaked white wine. Except for the raspberry taste then.

Absolutely surprised by this one :-)
Perhaps time to explore more rosé wines...
