Saturday, June 29, 2019 - With Richard, Y, Nat and my mob plus Bernadette at Herringbone. Birthday kicked off nicely with this superb bottle. Very fresh still, minimal but uplifting pinprick bubbles, lots of Dom richness still, apples, citrus but with some delicate caramel notes. Still fresh and vigorous, great balance no signs of overripeness or lack of acidity. A landmark Dom. Plenty of life in this one, enjoy for years to come.
