Friday, July 5, 2019 - A private dinner (Restaurant Rijsel, Amsterdam, NL): Magnificent Chenin, incredibly intense minerality, powerful aromatics (chamomile, camphor, white flowers and spiced honey, citrus zest); very energetic palate, firm but well integrated bitters, lemony acidity; excellent length. Captivating stuff.
