Sunday, July 7, 2019 - Brought this bottle to State Bird Provisions in SF and it paired perfectly with their fresh complex dishes. Decanted and consumed over a couple hours this was beautiful throughout with ripe fruit and fresh acidity. I still feel like these wines need more time to show complexity but this one is certainly entering a seductive phase.
