Tuesday, July 16, 2019 - The label is very deceptive. You might expect a traditional style by looking at the bottel but there is artistic liquid hidden inside. If I were to blindtaste, I would have guessed Gerard Schueller. There are typical moss or watery aromas from Schueller. This is a so-called natural wine disguised in a classical wine. More forests and spices than fruits. Soft and silky attack. but it gets wilder as the time passes by. dont wait too long once opened. What a surprise!
