Monday, August 18, 2008 - Fuel and tart grapefruit on the nose initially. The grapefruit went away replaced by lemon-lime notes. Great acidity on the pal with chalky slate and stale 7-Up ripping down the middle of the tongue. Still very light yellow in color. Some nice light dried herbs in the distance.
