Sunday, July 21, 2019 - PnP, consumed over two hours. Ready to go right out of the gate, but showed no signs of fading over the time it was open. Tart red berries, with nice tertiary notes--brine, black tea--balanced with acidity and a hint of tannins. Paired nicely with 70-day dry-aged Flannery steaks.
