Saturday, July 27, 2019 - Crimson with some tanning on the edges. Lovely mature Pinot profile, including notes of leather, wild mushrooms and dried spices. Medium bodied and elegant on the palate, with good structure still in place. Has aged rather nicely; right in its drinking window. Perhaps another 5 years left?
