Sunday, July 21, 2019 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, huckleberry, plum, smoked meat, cocoa and spice. Black and blue fruit, dark chocolate, spice and fine tannins on the palate. Long, layered finish with good depth. Silky smooth mouth feel. Rich and full bodied. Served with smoked pulled pork.
