95 Points

Sunday, August 4, 2019 - Tasted blind, this wine had a medium yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose put forth almond paste, honey suckle, white stone, and quince.

In the mouth, this wine was ripe with firm acidity and very good length. It certainly seemed young and tight at first but improved nicely in the glass.

Given the great condition of this bottle, I would have argued for 4-5 hours of air time before the tasting starts as I don't think this quite reached its apogee during this tasting. However, it was certainly a great bottle that will last at least 10 years in the cellar.
