Sunday, August 4, 2019 - Paired with grilled salmon, this was perfect. In the past, this wine seemed very temperature sensitive. Not great if too cold, etc. Tonight it was singing at all temperatures. A little darker than in past vintages, a bit more body. We and our dinner guests loved it.
