Wednesday, August 14, 2019 - Cork wet 3/4th way up but intact. tonight this seemed more primary than my notes indicate last time. dark fruit and pencil shavings dominate the nose. on the palate there is stil considerable tannin, but integrating and nt nearly as fierce as on release. i am thinking another 5-10 yrs will be good for this one.
