Thursday, August 22, 2019 - Stood upright for a day, chilled, then transported out to dinner in SF. PnP. Hazy medium gold. Fascinating nose of marzipan and tropical fruits. Rich and ripe on the palate but with enough acidity to keep it interesting. Superb intensity and a finish that lasts forever. This seemed to improve with air rather than falling apart; perhaps just past its peak but still one of the best new world Chards I've tasted.
