Community Tasting Note

Thursday, August 22, 2019 - My contribution to a blind Chablis tasting and ended up WOTN. Nose - fresh minerality, tidal pool, pears, white blossoms, lime zest. Initally medium acidity that swells to a rich juiciness with a palate where the ripeness at harvest is present in the lemon, yellow raspberry, oyster shell, green apple & melon rind.
