Friday, August 23, 2019 - This is an interesting wine - a mix of fruitiness (almost off-dry) and minerality, with only a little acidity; there's a little complexity to it. The balance is best after maybe 30 minutes of air, and not too cold. It's very approachable and would work well as a party wine, without food or with canapés.

Decent value at US$15 as well.
