Thursday, September 5, 2019 - Black cherry, menthol, saddle leather, white pepper, and mossy earth. A medium body, yet there’s a complete roundness and a percolating, long finish. Aging very well, this is just starting to hit its stride. Decanted for an hour. Soft, grainy tannins. Drink now - 2034.
