Friday, September 6, 2019 - Dark ruby. PnP after half an hour in the fridge. Earth, cherry and spices on the nose. Add plum on the palate. Medium body. Terroir and typicity. In that order. I wouldn’t hesitate to serve this in a flight of cabernet wines true to their origin. Yum!
