Friday, September 6, 2019 - See previous notes. This is such a joy to revisit. Just starting to open up, the concentration and texture are epic. The dark berry, tobacco, cannabis, tea and stone notes still prevail, along with secondary notes of balsamic vinegar reduction and leather. I thoroughly love this and appreciate how well she is developing. Adorable and velvety. A warm vintage, where this bottling made out like a bandit. One of my favorite vintages for this particular bottling. A wine designed for anthology. Drink now - 2036.
