Sunday, September 8, 2019 - Slow ox for 5 hour.
Current, leather, cherry, fresh herbs, hunts of butter, lamb, mushrooms, moss on the nose.
Truffle, cream, cherry, hint of slate, great mouth feel. Need to try a 2 hour open of PNP. Because this wine is great, but feels a bit tired. Still very elegant and amazing, but just lacking a great vintage Lafite level quality.
