Saturday, September 14, 2019 - Pure red grenache fruit, a syrupy texture, alcohol overtones. I'm sure at some point in time this wine was intensely delicious, and probably the fruit balanced the alcohol, but that was not this day. The huge rating this wine has is definitely trading on the memory of another time.
