Wednesday, September 18, 2019 - Showing a bit more maturity compare to two years ago, the fruit expression has turned more yellow. Expressive nose displaying ripe yellow fruit, lemon curd, apple tart, a hint of sesame and flint, honey, spicy and wet stone. Excellent concentration, rich and oily yet nice acidity provides nice balance and vibrancy, good mineral expression and a long sweet yellow fruit driven finish with limestone and spicy spices at the end. It is quite rich and concentrated. Drinking very well.
