Monday, September 23, 2019 - Didn't record the specs on this wine but my recall is 50% Chard, then roughly equal parts PN and PM, sourced from a few villages within the Montagne, south and west of Reims. Dosage of around 7 g/l? This bottle drank fine, meaning we enjoyed it but I did comment to my wife a few times over dinner as we worked through it that I thought the wine needed more energy, more acid and some structure. I only bought one bottle, and was glad to try it but not looking to replace it.

10/22/2019 1:26:00 PM - FMIII I picked up a few bottles of the 2012 last year at the winery after we stayed in Sacy and loved it, one of the best of the trip. I have one left and just picked up a couple of the 2014 to try side by side.

11/4/2019 6:27:00 PM - Nice. We're going back to Champagne next year again, as I got my wife to support me for another week's visits there. :)

I'm going to do some more visits in the Montagne, but more to the west this time.
