Saturday, July 27, 2013 - Opened and let it breath in bottle for 1 hr. Very young looking wine that looks very much like a Pinot Noir or Nebbiolo. Very aromatic wine with aromas of red cherries and forest floor. Suave mouthfeel with cherries and raspberries flavors. Good acidity which makes it good on its own or with food. Tannins are well integrated and are now silky smooth, they remind me of a mature Barbaresco. Long finish and persistent aftertaste....at least 50-60 secods
