Friday, October 11, 2019 - Croissant-like ready note on the nose with some hints of citrus and lemon. The palate lets the fruit show through a bit more with apple, lemon, and a rich cooked citrus, like that of pears cooked in a brown liqueur. This champagne is excellent and a great value in my opinion.
