Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Very pale, freshly squeezed lime and petrol aromas and with extraordinary flavours on the palate. Freshly squeezed lime which explodes in the mouth then there’s a chalky, crushed sea shell and mineral mid palate which keeps on giving on a very long finish. In my top 3 best dry Riesling’s I’ve ever had.
