Sunday, October 13, 2019 - A perfect wine for a cookout or barbecue. Tonight it was St. Louis style pork ribs; the sweetness of the sauce paired well with the fruitiness of the wine. Fine grained structure dealt effectively with the fat in the meat. Can’t beat the price at $20.
