Tuesday, October 29, 2019 - Paired with Lemon X Tangerine.
Decanted 30+ minutes.

This pale Ruby Burgundy is floral and earthy on the nose. Strawberry accents and subdued red cherry combined with a bit of smoke. Grippy tannins on my teeth and fresh acidity. Finish was slightly tart with a hint of green. Young.

I would be interested in revisiting this effort in a few years.
