Friday, November 1, 2019 - Needs about 2 hours to open up. Borderline sweet, juicy and ripe like prior years. Somehow the fruit here retains freshness and never seems heavy or baked. Cool dark fruits meet syrupy red ones in the center with complements of spearmint, minerals, and even some earth. Drinks well now but needs 2-3 years.
