Saturday, November 2, 2019 - Pale lemon, aromas are soft, nutty, lemon, yeast but quite muted, although this was tasted straight from the fridge. The palate has lovely saline, yeasty flavours with a hazelnut flavours too. The fruit is zippy with lemon and lime with plenty of acidity. Not too intense which some fino’s can be.
