Tuesday, November 12, 2019 - This wine is made from a cocktail of 50 % Grenache & LLadoner Pelut, 35% Carignan, 15% Syrah. Unlike many others from a similar cocktail it is much more refreshing and savoury fruited with marked fine minerals, hints of olives, balsam and fine herbs together with fresh acidity and decent backbone which makes the wine very digestible, even treacherously so in view of 14.5% alcohol. Very good.
