Tuesday, November 12, 2019 - Tasted over 1 hr and day 2
-med dark red mild clearing
-red cherry kirsch iodine pine
-med acidity, med weight very medicinal at first but on day 2 mellowed with a soft somewhat diffuse pine earthy kirsch, med- tannins
-straight out of the gate this was pure cough syrup but luckily by day 2 it blossomed into a pleasant lighter-weight but not light on character CdP firmly on its mature plateau
