Friday, November 15, 2019 - Another banner year for Thivin. Beautiful nose of crushed blackberry, iron, and a whiff of sweet spice. Juicy, vibrant fruit with ample, cleansing acidity but with plenty of density and weight (by Beaujolais standards) to give me hope for an even better future. Not as deep, dark, and brooding as Thivin can be in warmer years, I found this to be an exceptionally balanced and compelling drink.
