Sunday, November 17, 2019 - Oh my, has this evolved nicely. Fully integrated. Crisp in flavor while smooth with respect to mouthfeel. The strong acidity that was once present is now fully folded in. Still a slightly sweet marine impression on the palate. Absolutely delightful.
