Sunday, November 17, 2019 - One small glass consumed over ~45 minutes while warming from fridge temp to cool room temp. Honeyed but not cloying, and providing a moderate hit of bitterness from botrytis. However, this wasn't very interesting overall - it came across as simple, short on acid (even for a Sauternes), and slightly dilute. Perhaps it's just in a phase due to its youth, but I probably won't be going back for more, myself. Fortunately, our company was fantastic, and this was preceded by a very satisfying red.
