Sunday, November 24, 2019 - Very pretty nose of rose petal, forest floor, and tea. Brilliant, clear garnet color. Lovely, balanced, delicate, with flavors that carry through to a quite long finish. Pure and refined. Really enjoyed this with a blanquette de veau Sunday night meal. Surprising quality and wish I had more but, alas, my only bottle. Should continue to age well for at least 4-5 years.
